  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, combine rice, Goya Sofrito, and chicken broth.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 jar Goya Sofrito
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté chicken thighs until browned.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic.
